The one thing about this industry that is most frightening is the thought of getting murdered by a client; and YES it does happen. Most times, an escort or sex worker is murdered by a good regular that she trusts, and has built a relationship with. The violence usually takes place after he becomes obsessed and then begins stalking her. Other times, the escort and client becomes entangled in some emotional affair, that ultimately leaves her dead if the wife or his family becomes inconvenienced by it all.

You could see how much they didn't care about this woman due to the fact that she had become a street hooker and dope addict. It's women like her who gets murdered the most; the hookers with no family.
The case in Boston has detectives scratching their heads though because the killer doesn't fit the physical description of a prostitute killer. He's the all American whitey dude, but as history shows us, it's the all American Whitey dudes who make the best serial killers. Does Jeffery Dahlmer and Ted Bundy ring a bell?
