Sexual Torture and Slavery
I just got done reading an article about a disabled woman in St. Louis (Kirkwood) who was held captive as a sex slave for 5 years by some sick perverted piece of shit who was obviously into BDSM.
But the shit gets sicker....
Other men paid to either watch him torture her online or torture her themselves. I'm not going to go into detail about the crime; I'm just going to post the link so that you can read it for yourself. It's some sick shit....even for a sex worker.
But what bothers me MOST about this article are the fucking comments. People from the BDSM community had the audacity to come on there talking that.... "Not everyone in the BDSM community is like this" shit.
Douchebags get a fucking grip. You missed the whole horrendous crime that was committed against this woman, unwillingly. It's the same shit that I holler about over and over again in the Sex Worker Community. We tend to forget that NOT everyone is a willing participant of this shit. But it makes me mad as a sex worker that we can't sympathize with victims because we're too busy trying to prove how "right" we are.

It's the unfortunate reality of politics. Ideas like monogamy, polyamory, homosexuality, BDSM, christianity... become so polarized when they are within the eyes of the masses. So often people forget about what's really important on the way to defending their "glibly put" lifestyle decisions. We should be proud of our own lifestyle decisions for ourselves.
