The Regular life..
"What made you wanna do this kinda work"?
If I had a round of ammo for how many times I have heard this over the past 5 years, I could overthrow a small country with an army of stiletto wearing hookers. I once felt like I had to respond with some tired cliche' like: "It's empowering" or "I like pleasing men".
Then a few weeks ago I was asked that dreaded question once again, and I had what some would call a moment of shear clarity and responded "Because I can"....It was so refreshing to say those words.
I may never have that "regular life" that most women seem to be questing for, and there's not a damn thing wrong with that. In fact, it takes a lot of pressure off having to live up to what is considered "normal". I love my life and what I do, and GOD knows this! I am VERY passionate about escorting, and all the wonderful benefits that come from it, and that's why I'm a success at it.
Make no mistake about it fellas, I love what I do, and I don't plan on apologizing anytime soon.
As for dating, I can simply date someone and not be so obsessed about the future and marriage. I just want to have a good time without doing all the shit I hate, like, cooking, cleaning, and checking in. I figure if you need a man so badly to complete you, you might already be broken.
Though I may not be playing the dating scene like most single women are, I still love the companionship, gifts, loyalty, and affection that I receive from my clients, and that's all the boyfriend I need right now. Call me delusional, damaged, or just plain dumb. It doesn't really matter though, because you'll never call me lonely!
